This new 1600 square foot, three bedroom, two bathroom condo has everything you need for a perfect vacation. This luxury condo is located at The Sanctuary at False Cape at the south end of Sandbridge Beach in Virginia Beach, home to six miles of beautiful beachfront and adjacent to the additional miles of pristine beaches that are part of Back Bay Wildlife Refuge and False Cape State Park. The Beach Getaway offers beautiful courtyard and pool views. Whether you want to run on the beach or recline by the pool, this is your perfect beach vacation—ideal for everything from family reunions to romantic getaways. The Beach Getaway features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. The spacious dining area has plenty of room for all. The living room with an open floor plan provides plenty of space for get-togethers or movie nights on the 52” large screen TV with digital cable and HBO. A DVD/VCR player is provided as well as a collection of movies for your viewing pleasure. The living room opens to a beautiful balcony with great views of the Sanctuary pool…perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. The condo is air conditioned and all bedrooms and living room have overhead fans. The three bedrooms are all furnished with brand new furniture and bedding. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, a 32” TV and a private full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a 27” TV and the third bedroom has a single bed and a single/double bunk bed. The laundry area within the Beach Getaway is equipped with a new washer and dryer as well as ironing board and iron. Free WIFI is available in the building. The Beach Getaway includes local telephone calling at no charge. Linen and towel service are also included at no additional charge. Enjoy all the amenities of the Sanctuary at False Cape including Viking gas grills, teak tables, pools and hot tub, game rooms for the kids or the young at heart, athletic facilities, library, free covered parking, and the Tiki Hut Bar and Grill on the ocean with “in-pool” seating.
