Very few homes qualify as villas but the Dolphin Villa is one of them. Situated in the Princeville Resort area of Kauai Hawaii this home is clean and new and stunningly spacious. Situated along and facing the golf course, the atmosphere is tropical and Polynesian throughout. As you drive into the home you’ll find a spacious two car garage and an inviting entry that opens into a large and prestigious foyer. The Villas gets its name from the oversize brass dolphin sculptures there. Straight ahead is a well light living area with television comfortable couches and stereo center.
