***Please note $165 nightly rate includes everything--taxes, fees and cleaning*** Quaint, centrally located Princeville condo offers more intimacy than many other Princeville complexes...here there are only 10 duplexes, 20 units total in lush surroundings.  It's an affordable, comfortable and conveniently located home base in a lovely area.  Our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2-level condo also features a modern equipped kitchen, dining area, lanai, living room and washer/dryer.  Most of the furniture is new and made of bamboo and other sustainable materials.  We've decorated with vintage Hawaiian art.  There are ceiling fans in every room, closet and storage space throughout.  One of our bedrooms has a desk with work space and cable ready internet access.  Our linen service supplies fresh bed sheets and towels for each new guest and we provide modern kitchen appliances, cookware, dishware, beach supplies...mostly everything you'll need to be comfortable during your stay. During your downtime, enjoy cable television in every room, an extensive movie library and a record player with an eclectic mix of vinyls.  This is a great place to start and end your day while you enjoy your Kauai adventure.
