It includes a new flat-screen TV, as well as a large, newly-decorated bathroom with double sinks, counter-to-ceiling mirrors, separate bath/Jacuzzi and shower, as well as a spacious walk-in closet. Guest bedroom has walk-in closet as well. Kitchen has all conveniences and a newly-decorated dining area that overlooks the courtyard. Laundry room off kitchen as well. House has a gas fireplace to take the chill out of any cool nights. Two-car garage with storage and workbench. Casita is appointed with a comfortable queen-sized sofa bed and is often used as an extra “family room” when not being used for guest quarters.
