  Location: Terravita, North Scottsdale, Greater Phoenix Area, Arizona, (40 minute drive from Sky Harbor Airport) Accommodations:  Main House and Guest Casita (3 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths total) 24-hour guard-gated country club community with Olympic-size heated pool with lap lanes, jacuzzi, tennis courts, golf, walking trails, fitness center and great restaurants. Our nearly 2000-square foot home is spacious and beautifully decorated with high ceilings, new paint, tiled floors and everything you could want to make every day of your vacation spectacular. Great room with fabulous Southwestern décor includes a 46’ Sony Bravia TV with your choice of cable channels, as well as a built-in office with Murphy Bed. High-speed internet access available. Great room opens to private patio surrounded by lush desert landscaping and an absolutely amazing view of Black Mountain. There is a private heated pool/spa for your relaxation, as well as an outdoor grill. The pool has a peaceful waterfall feature and the mountain view is one of the best in the community. Master bedroom opens to pool/spa and mountain views. It includes a new flat-screen TV, as well as a large, newly-decorated bathroom with double sinks, counter-to-ceiling mirrors, separate bath/Jacuzzi and shower, as well as a spacious walk-in closet. Guest bedroom has walk-in closet as well.   Kitchen has all conveniences and a newly-decorated dining area that overlooks the courtyard. Laundry room off kitchen as well. House has a gas fireplace to take the chill out of any cool nights. Two-car garage with storage and workbench.   Casita is appointed with a comfortable queen-sized sofa bed and is often used as an extra “family room” when not being used for guest quarters. It includes a full bath, large walk-in closet and a sleeping loft for young children. Also included: TV, mini frig and microwave, and window seat overlooking colorful desert garden. . The courtyard between the house and the casita has saltillo tile, a waterfall, hummingbird feeders, bistro table and a sculpture garden.
