Our vacation home "Kirk Manor" will give the best of luxurious living
and a Kissimmee holiday experience that will exceed your
expectations.Kirk Manor is decorated and furnished throughout by an
interior designer and licensed to sleep 16 people comfortably. All of
downstairs is tiled. As you enter the house you will immediately see
the Living room. If you would like some quite time, the living room
has a sofa, love seat and a chair. Our dining room is off the living
room which contains a beautiful table with seating for 8 people. The
family room is a large informal sitting area with a stunning high
ceiling. The family room is an open plan to the kitchen and nook. It
is the ideal area to relax and watch our large 50" Plasma Flat screen
TV and cinema surround sound system with DVD Blu-ray player and cable
TV. Our well equipped modern kitchen with granite counter tops,
contains everything from a 4 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher,
fridge, freezer with built in ice-maker and water dispenser, along
with other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware to
prepare your feast. Leading off from the kitchen is a breakfast area
with a table and 6 chairs. From the breakfast area you exit through
patio doors which lead to the covered lanai and pool area with lots
