Located on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii, this Laie beachside rental is on the southern Laie border. Nestled between the cliffs of the Koolau Mountain Range and the sparkling clear waters of the Pacific Ocean, you'll find this Adorable and Romantic Laie vacation rental called the "Beach Lane Bungalow". Recently renovated and updated, this beachside Laie cottage is a very short 75 yard walk away from a pristine, uncrowded, 3/4 mile long sandy stretch of Kokololio Beach. You'll enter the beach on the southern most end through a private beach access at the end of our lane. This beach access is reserved for us property owners and our guests. There are restrooms and showers at the beach park close by so you can spend long hours at the beach. You'll have beautiful sunrise walks on the beach in the mornings and a cool tree shaded beach in the afternoons. You'll find the tranquil beauty of the real Hawaii here with the mountains on one side and the beautiful beach on the other. Typical shorebreak wave heights are boogie boarding and body surfing size at best with calm flat days good for snorkeling and swimming. Just north is Pounders surf spot which can attract surfers when the wave heights are right. This Laie vacation home is located 45-60 minutes from Honolulu and Waikiki. Nearby are Laie & Haleiwa Town Shopping Centers, Laie & Haleiwa Town Restaurants, Polynesian Cultural Center, BYU, LDS Temple and the Turtle Bay Resort. World-famous North Shore surf spots and Haleiwa Town are just 20-25 minutes away.

Cancellations are rare, however, they sometimes occur. Our cancellation policy is to fully refund* a deposit if the cancellation is received 45 days or more prior to the reservation. Cancellations within the 45 days prior to the reservation are given a full refund* if we are able to re-book the time reserved with another party. If part of the time is re-booked, the refund is prorated accordingly. *All cancellations are subject to a $250 administrative fee and nominal credit card charge fees are not refunded.
