1907 Victorian home with 1500 square foot can sleep up to 14 persons. Hardwood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings and transom doors, air conditioning/ heat provided (central upstairs & wall units down), fenced back patio with table and chairs! The living area offers queen size sleeper sofa and chairs for TV viewing. The dining area offers an 8 person dining table and breakfast bar, and a second queen size sleeper sofa . Kitchen has an old fashion look , but with modern appliances including dishwasher, garbage disposal and ice maker in the fridge. Both bathrooms are brand new with a walk-in shower downstairs and a claw foot bath/ shower upstairs. 2 TV’s in the house with separate DVD players and Dish Satellite. Washer/ dryer included in house. Downstairs has two fold out queen size sleeper sofas (sleeps 4) and a 3 piece bath. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and a full bath. The 1st “Bunk House” room has 3 twin bunk beds and a TV w/ DVD player. The “Middle Room” has 2 twin beds and reading nook. The 3rd “Tiki Room” is a cozy bedroom with 1 queen size bed, side table and serious attitude. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, hardwood floors and original 1907 working windows. The new upstairs bathroom features a claw foot tub/ shower. The downstairs bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The house has a washer/ dryer inside and a clothesline in the fenced backyard for those wet beach towels and bikinis. This home is very family oriented, located across from a school with a great park/ playground. Plenty of street parking on both sides. The Panda House is centrally located with a donut shop around the corner and Galveston’s famous “Sonny’s” restaurant across from the park. The Strand and the beach are only blocks away.
