My family and I stayed at Oceans 111 in July 2012. From the first conversation I had with Lee I knew it would be the perfect vacation home for us! On the day of our arrival we were greeted by Rich, who was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and activities that we would all enjoy. The house was IMMACULATE which is definitely at the top of my list in terms of priorities! The owners considered all of the amenities you would have at home from the gas grill to the boogie boards, games, beach towels, beach cart and more! The outdoor shower was a huge plus as the kids (and adults) could head straight to the (large fenced in) backyard and shower without bringing all of the sand inside after a long day at the beach! The beach and local grocery store (Riddles) were both a 5 minute walk from the house which again was great, especially with young children! I cannot say enough about both the home and the owners and can't wait to return next summer!!!
This was our first time at 111 Samoset. The house was large enough to accomodate my wife and I and our son and daughter and their spouses and children (2 each) who spent the first week with us. The property was in excellant condition and more than met our needs. The owners were very responsive and their pre-planning was above and beyond anything I had ever seen for a summer rental. Wonderful touches all the way around. Although the house is not air conditioned, that was rarely an issue because of the fairly constant breezes coming off the ocean side or the bay side and the ceiling fans throughout the house. The beach is a 4 minute walk from the house, allowing for lunch/bathroom/shade breaks without losing much time. If we go back to Hull next summer, I would definitely want this house again.
We had an amazing stay at Ocean's One-Eleven. Everything was provided for a wonderful beach house experience. We will be booking this house again as soon as we know the kids schedule. We had 4 adults and four children at the house and it was very comfortable. We also had a family get together with over 20 people. The house was perfect for entertaining. If you're looking for a nice place to stay on Hull, this is it!
We enjoyed a wonderful week here and cannot say enough about the owners and the top notch accomodations. So much nicer than many of our hotel stays! There is absolutely nothing they haven't thought of or planned for to make the experience the best for their guests. It exceeded our expectations in every way from the welcome basket with the wine and suggestion book, to the immaculate house complete with linens, towels, beach towels, chairs, etc. The huge front porch provided a relaxing place to entertain when the weather didn't cooperate and the big back yard was perfect for grilling and playing. The beautiful clean beach is a short walk, as is the adorable town center which has grocery and hardware stores, a pharmacy, a wonderful bakery and a few other shops.The sunsets were gorgeous! This was, by far, the best family reunion experience and location we have ever had in 20 years! We highly recommend it.
