Long Lake is an all sports lake, and great for boating, fishing, etc. For the best swimming, visit the beach or sand bar. Long Lake is a great place to boat, ski, tube, or jet ski. The surrounding area is great for walking, hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities. Hale is located near the Huron National Forest, which is home to all sorts of fun outdoor activities.
