Use of all facilities of the Sunset Waters Beach resort as pool with swim-up pool bar and jacuzzi, white sand beach, tennis- and volleyball court, miniature golf, restaurant and casino. Alablanca Villa is an excellent spot for all kinds of watersports like swimming, snorkling, sailing and fishing. The calm waters of the coast and the Santa Martha Bay are ideal for kayaking. Scuba diving, either from the beach or by boat from the dive shop at Sunset Waters Beach Resort is available. Thriving reefs, beautiful coral gardens, abundant marine life, steep drop offs, crystal clear visibility, and warm tropical waters make this location a diver's paradise. The Villa is built in Adobe-style.The furnishings in Alablanca Villa have a fresh tropical feel. Both dining area and terrace have tables for 6 where guests can savor their meals while enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The villa is fully equipped and includes cable TV, CD stereo, barbeque grill, and two lounge chairs. The spacious center area of the house serves as living, dining and open kitchen. The large glass sliding doors separate this area from the covered back patio, which gives this house an indoor/outdoor atmosphere. Guests staying in the third bedroom can use the bathroom in the entrance hallway
