Condo Pat a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom that is fully furnished located on the 2nd floor there are stairs for exercise or elevator for convenience. Enjoy the spacious common pools located across from a picturesque lagoon. Condo Pat has mini split air conditioning, comfortable furniture a king size bed and a queen in the second bedroom, on site safe in master bedroom & master had a spacious closets and ensuite. Condo is rented with all towels and linens for your convenience. There is wireless internet and satellite tv provided by CosmoRed. At pool side there are ample lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables, a shallow end for kids and adult depth for splashing, laps, or just a dip. Parking out front and underground parking for long stays. Public transportation just a few minutes away at the El Tigre Security Gate. Public Beach access at Bahia Del Sol only a short distance away. Rental rate for short term 1 week stay does include electric. High season monthly or long term does not and a meter reading will be taken at the beginning of your stay as each unit is individually metered.
