Property Description
Your vacation get-away for up to four (4) guests. Spacious studio, 1
BA, oceanfront, 9th floor. Our condo offers 2 queen beds, dorm
fridge, microwave, coffee maker, fresh linens furnished. Only 30
seconds to walk to the sand! Sand Dunes Resort (74th Ave) free
parking. Oceanfront condo and resort located in what is known as the
"Golden Mile" which is home to many stately residential homes in
Myrtle Beach. An older and established area of Myrtle Beach makes it
a family oriented section of the beach. Our spacious condo, privately
owned, offers a large balcony and lots of space for up to 4 guests.
Two queen beds with clean linens and beds made. One bathroom offers
tub/shower combo. A dorm refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker are
in the condo. All linens, towels are furnished with coin-op
washers/dryers located 20 steps away from the condo's door. WiFi and
flat screen cable TV. Our guests enjoy the convenience of the beach,
ocean front pool, indoor pool, lazy river and toddler pool. The Sand
Dunes kid's water park is not included. Also an on-site restaurant,
pizza parlor and video arcade. I live in the area and am a phone call
or text away. Golf at any of the 100 courses in the area with our golf
package discounts. We're 5 miles to the Convention Center. You won't
go hungry when you visit the Myrtle Beach area. Trust us, we've
tried! If you wander over to the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, you'll
find yourself in the 'seafood capital of South Carolina.' Seafood not
your thing? How about a juicy, mouth-watering steak from such local
favorites at the Longhorn Steakhouse or Carrabbas Italian Grill? Yes,
we can hear your stomach growling! There's never a dull moment in
Myrtle Beach. If you're looking for adventure and a little bit of
learning, take a wander through that upside-down house known as
WonderWorks. Or, journey under the sea at Ripley's Aquarium. There's
also plenty of thrilling entertainment at Pirate's Voyage and
Medieval Times. And who could pass up a world-class live
entertainment show at The Carolina Opry, which pioneered the Myrtle
Beach area's theater boom? There are also fantastic shows at the
Alabama Theatre, Legends in Concert and The Palace Theatre, just to
name a few. The sum of all our parts equals up to one entertaining
trip. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance of
the resort... River City Café and Mango's. A car is recommended.
