A 4 bedroom historical house, circa 1850, that has been lovingly
restored in the heart of Old Town Niagara-on-the-lake. We invite you
to enjoy our home with family and friends. Simcoe Pines is our
personal vacation retreat that we offer to rent when we are not
enjoying it ourselves. We offer it to guests who enjoy the comforts
and privacy of vacationing in their own home. At 3000 sq feet it is a
very spacious and open home completely equipped with all amenities,
beautifully furnished and evokes a feeling of days gone by. Perfect
for entertaining, celebrating special occasions and creating
memories. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Simcoe Pines
is located in old town Niagara-on-the-Lake, very close to the shops
and fine restaurants and right around the corner from our other 3
homes, Aylesbury Manor, Amberlea House, and Avalon. They are also
featured on this site. Simcoe Pines is an up scale four bedroom,
three bathroom home located in Old Town Niagara-on-the-lake. It
features two fireplaces, high ceilings, hardwood floors, a heated in
ground pool, outside bar, terrace off the Master suite, wireless
internet access and many other fine amenities. The main floor is
open concept with large principal rooms making it great for
entertaining. The rooms have original hardwood floors and are filled
with interesting furnishings that have been collected over the years.
The bright Living room has a fireplace and is tastefully furnished
with large comfortable sofas and antique pieces. The Pine armoire
conceals a 32 inch Sony Flat Screen TV, DVD and an excellent sound
system. The French door off this room leads to the 4th double
bedroom and ensuite 2 piece bath. The well equipped kitchen
overlooks the large dining room which features a pine harvest table.
Light pours in from the double french doors and transom lights above
the leaded glass front door. The kitchen is a chef's delight
featuring a double antique porcelain sink, a heartland gas stove and
beautiful cherrywood cabinets. There is a heated kidney shaped pool
that is lit at night, an outside bar, dining area and a hammock in the
