The property has undergone a complete rennovation in 2004 of the kitchen, bedrooms and both bathrooms. It's one of the most up to date rentals in the region. The house is 10 miles from Springfield VT off of exit 7 on I-91. Driveway requires a 4x4 in the winter. Inexperienced winter drivers should avoid this property in the winter months. 4 hours from NYC, 2 hours from Boston.
