Cozy fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bath condo across from Beach Park. Nestled along the west Maui coast, this centrally located two bedroom one bath condo at Honokowai Palms is just 300+ yards north of the Kaanapali Beach Club (formerly the Kaanaapali Embassy Suites), 35 yards to the Beach Park, and 70 yards to the Pacific ocean. Sleeps 4 adlts comfortably, maximuum of 4 visitors. The condo is on the first floor in a traditional Hawaiian setting of lush gardens with a partial view of ocean and park. A park like area right in front of condo unit.
Honokowai Beach Park is right across the street where you can view exquisite sunsets (and whales from November to May), barbecue, dine, play baseball or volleyball, jungle gym, monkey bars,swim, or just meet people there. It is the best beach in Maui for young children because of the protection provided by the reefs. Condo is fully furnished with large refrigerator, stove, microwave, cable TV, DVD, telephone, WiFi internet access via Hawaiian Tel and Clearwire, small appliances, beach supplies, etc. Newly remodeled pool, barbecue and picnic area, lush gardens in front and back of our condo. The kitchen is full size with a walkin pantry.
Master bedroom (Hawaiian Bedroom) has a queen size bed and second bedroom (Porpoise Bedroom) has full size twin beds. both bedrooms has a five drawer bureaus and sliding mirror doors on the closets.
The floors are a dark brown plank except for the bedrooms which are newly carpeted. Farmers Market, Coffee Shop, Health Food Store, Carry Out, etc. just 60 yards from our condo. Our Maui vacation home with all its amenities can be your home while in Maui.

Love Lahaina
We booked this condo months in advance and all went well. This was our 2nd trip to Maui and loved every minute. Relaxing, no rush to do anything like last year when we stayed at the Sheraton. Renting the condo was a great idea and very affordable. Everything was close and knowing that the bus stops would take us anywhere for $2 was nice. Beach/Park right across the street, Farmers Mkt, Boss Frogs, ABC Mkt all within walking distance. Had a great time traveling north and around to the airport one day. Views were gorgeous, road narrow but worth the trip. Found a few nice spots to snorkel next year. People we met were very nice and informative. Eat at The Gazeebo!! YUM The Carters, Kevin and Barbara have a great little spot here. It's nice to have access to a laundry room, we won't overpack next time. My fave is and probably always will be the Lahaina Luau. Coach and Devon were there again this year and our new server this year was Kyle. You can't beat the food but we have learned to contact the Luau directly to reserve seats as the kiosks can be spendy. Went out with Matt and John for snorkel trip. Boat fits 35 but we only had 8 that day and had a great time. Always stop in at Buzz's Wharf for lunch and a Lava Flow. Everyone is so friendly and so glad Lahaina has a Starbucks. A Great Condo!
This was a great beach themed condo to stay in.. A fully stocked pantry and may extras that you would expect at your own home. We used the barbeque twice for cooking. The condo is well appointed and decorated Hawaii style...central to everything we wanted to do - be sure to check out Dollies pub two miles up the road - we go there every year and the wings are phenomenal! Perfect Location to Explore Maui
This two bedroom condo across the street from a beach park is just as described by the owners. It's comfortable, clean, and well stocked with beach towels, boogie boards and snorkelling equipment. We shopped at the Farmer's Market each day and loved the fresh fruit and guacamole. The coffee shop was great and the barista was very friendly. Thank you Kevin for checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Your advice on beaches for snorkeling and swimming with sea turtles was incredible. Direct your feet - too the suny side of the street
My wife and I found your condo to be very clean with all the comforts of home. The beds were very comfortable and welcoming after a day of hiking, zip-lining and sight-seeing. With a fully stocked kitchen we enjoyed fresh home cooked seafood diners and more. We saved a bundle from restaurants but enjoyed the ones we did take in. We thought the fish tacos at Betty’s Kitchen in Lahaina the best. The fish-monger in the small strip mall just up the street from the condo was handy, within walking distance – we enjoyed the crab cakes. The Times grocery store is also conveniently close as is the ABC convenience store. We didn’t get to the farmers market next door – unfortunately on those days we had other commitments. If you are thinking of renting this condo consider that you will have neighbours. The property manager is on premises so nothing gets out of hand. But kids will be kids and can get loud when having a good time – no different than in any hotel/resort. And if there is a tenant upstairs - hope that they don’t wear their shoes indoors otherwise you will hear them walking about. We found the washer and dryer convenient and the laundry facilities kept very tidy and clean. I enjoyed a morning coffee in the park across the street. There I saw water spouts from the visiting humpback whales and a green turtle. If we every plan to return to Maui, we would certainly inquire if your condo was available. Mahalo Steve and Sheila
Comfy Cozy Condo; Great Location
We spent 10 days with 5 persons. Great central location; walk, drive, or bus to the beaches, shops, groceries, sights, etc. Condo is comfortable and well equip from kitchen, bath, and bed necessities to beach toys (buggies board, snorkel gear, chairs, etc.). Also, equip with excellent tour books/map (very accurate and informative; wished we read on Day 1). Neighbors are friendly and informative. Appreciate Kevin’s attention to details. Next Step to Heaven
Honokowai Palms, unit B5, is a stairway to heaven. I'm ready if this is paradise. Could not have picked a better location. Beach across the street, next to a Farmer's Market. Minutes away from Lahiana, Kaanapali to south or Napili or Kapalua to north. One bath room reminded me of my own family growing up, not a bother. Amenities of a pool, bbq area, laundry room, parking. Best Deal in Maui
My husband and I took our son and his friends who had just graduated high school. They loved the accessibility to the great beaches for surfing, skim boarding and body surfing. B5 had a comfortable "beach" kind of feel... not high luxury, but practical comfort. Comfortable beds, lots of nice clean towels and linens. Kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed to cook for a large group. The farmers market and coffee shop next door were a real treat. Great location, for the best beaches (Right between Kaanapali up to Napili and close to Lahaina (BEST town on Maui ). Trip around the north end was so easy and fun from here. The blowhole is amazing. Would stay there again and again and we will tell other people about it too.
Absolutely Wonderful
I read the other reviews and they really are all true!!!! We stayed at Kevin's condo for one week. The condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious. All the amenities you need are there. The location is great. There is a park across the street, where we would go and watch the whales and the turtles. The farmer's market is next door, and shopping is a short distance. We had absolutely the most amazing vacation, and for us, this was the PERFECT place to stay. It was super close to everything we needed, but it was not right in the midst of resort grand central (Kaanapali Beach is only 10 minutes-ish way--so all of that resort stuff is still very easily accessible). The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and the other people we met in the complex were extremely nice. Every morning, we made coffee, bought a pineapple and went across the street to the beach park to enjoy a relaxing morning before we went off to explore, or snorkel, or surf, etc . . . The condo was also very clean and comfortable furnished. I felt like I was right at home and I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know!!!

We spent a wonderful 8 days in this spotless condo. The complex is also spotless and well maintained by friendly Chris and managed by wonderful Corrine. It was quiet and restful at night. We felt so welcomed and at home. We were so relaxed we did not want to leave. Amazingly, the condo comes stocked with almost everything you could think of, there are excellent markets within a short walk, the breezes were sweet and warm, and everything on the island is within a short drive.
