The other lakes include Sand, Stone, Echo and Chain with a total of 2300 acres of water to play in and explore, as there are many undeveloped areas of backwaters. Enjoy a Canadian like experience without needing a passport. This home will comfortably sleep 8 and is perfect for the family looking for a peaceful vacation and total privacy or for friends to vacation together. It offers excellent swimming frontage and it's own private pier with mooring space for 3 boats. For those of you who do not have a boat, it comes with a 14' fishing boat with motor included (a FREE $300 value). In the winter, this home is ideal for the snowmobiler who prefers privacy and wants to return to a quiet setting after a long day on the trails or maybe would like to enjoy some ice fishing. Snowmobile from your door onto hundreds of miles of the best trails in the country via popular Trail #15 that crosses Dam Lake where Eagle River's Headwaters, St. Germain Bo-Boen and Sugar Camp Trails all merge.
