Golf--world famous Torrey Pines Golf Course almost within walking distance. Excellent hiking and biking. There is beach access at the end of the street. Great surfing. Shopping and dining in the village of Del Mar is only a 2 minute walk. Several movie theaters are only 5 minutes by car. The Stephen Birch Aquarium, La Jolla Playhouse,and Legoland are also an easy drive from Del Mar.
