How does a Summer Special sound right about now on beautiful Sunset Beach? We have prices starting at just $125 per night (3-day minimum) to weekly rates ranging from $600-$650 (holiday rates may be slightly higher).

As soon as you arrive at our cottage known as Heather’s Hide-a-Way on Sunset Beach, you will know that you are officially on what we locals call “Island Time”. What is Island Time? Rest, relaxation and a warm tropical breeze all coming together at the same time. We are located just 1 block to the Gulf of Mexico, Caddy’s Restaurant and the KaTiki, an open-air bar. The KaTiki has live music with local bands performing daily, along with some great tropical drinks. Try one of our favorites, “the Rum Runner”, the perfect drink to sip on while listen to great music while watching some of the most amazing sunsets that you will ever see! We have a full-size and equipped kitchen for preparing some great summer meals or a pitcher of Sangria! We have 2 bedrooms – the master bedroom has a queen bed, the guest bedroom has a full-size bed. The Sunroom has a futon which folds out into a full-size bed. The Sunroom also has a café table and chair set – the perfect setting for that morning cup of coffee and reading the paper or that book you have always wanted to read! As for TVs – we have 2; 1 is located in the living room and the other in the Sunroom. We also have WiFi, a DVD player and a nice selection of movies. We have 1 bathroom with a full-size tub and shower. Our sizeable privacy fenced backyard, has a gazebo with a ceiling fan/light along with a table and chairs, a charcoal BBQ grill and lounge chairs scattered throughout the yard. There is an outdoor shower area for rinsing off after a relaxing day at the beach. There is also a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. We are a pet-friendly home. Due to the size of our home, we only allow 1 small well-behaved pet.
