On site amenities include a five-acre recreational area with a soccer field, toddlers playground, full-size basketball court and tennis court and if you are a golfer then there are numerous golf courses to choose from nearby. The private screened pool is perfect for relaxing and is sun drenched for most of the day it faces Southwest and for that night time swim - it has under water illumination. The pool area/lanai has an outside shower, a patio table, and four chairs together with six sun loungers. The large lanai provides shade from the sun and is ideal for al-fresco meals. The air conditioned interior of the villa is immaculate and tastefully decorated.
