Property Description

2 bedroom cottage in Upstate NY 90 miles north of NYC, idylic lakeside setting at base of mountain, kayaks, canoe, sailboat, Our charming guest cottage is located in the Hudson Valley, on our 11 acre lakeside property at the base of Stissing Mountain. We use the main house most weekends and all summer. The guest cottage is separate and is located at the begining of the driveway, away from the main house (please see photos). It has antique furnishings, hardwood floors, new appliances, 2 baths (one with clawfoot tub). One bedroom has a double antique spindle pine bed, the other bedroom has double bed and single bed. Living room has sleep sofa. We have 3 kayaks, a canoe, sailboat, fishing rods, swimming platform, dock, 5 adult bikes, 5 children's bikes, wonderful swingset, vegetable garden, flower garden. We love families with children.

Heart of the Hudson Valley, located between Rhinebeck and Millbrook, 20 mins to Culinary Institute of America, Antiques, White water rafting, Horseback riding all close by.
