This second floor studio guest house includes over 1100 sq. ft. of open living space, located inside a Gambrel-style barn. Open the double barn doors and find yourself on an expansive balcony overlooking the Connecticut River Valley and North-West mountain ranges. Enjoy the evening watching sunsets, playing pool, listening to music, or watching a movie. After a restful night sleep, you will find a fully equipped, full-sized kitchen and wide assortment of breakfast foods to make yourself breakfast. Pet Friendly. Rates include breakfast foods(make-it-yourself): Eggs, bacon, milk, fresh fruit, oatmeal, juices, bagels, cream cheese,cold cereals, yogurt, pancake mix and maple syrup, etc. Linens provided, Air conditioning, Stereo CD/cassette Player, Telephone, Fully Applianced Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Satellite TV, DVD player, pool table, foosball, private parking spaces are all included. Bed Set-up: Day-Bed which turns into two twins or one king plus a queen-size sofabed. GUEST BOOK: Dear Chris & Sue, We had a great time.
