Condo Tranquilo is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse at the lovely Xaman Ha complex. One of only two condo complexes in Playa del Carmen that are beachfront and with a pool, Xaman Ha is the only one of the two that's just a short walk to the eclectic excitement of the 5th Avenue pedestrian walk, with its restaurants, shops and world-class night life. Close to everything but blessedly quiet, the condo features incredible ocean views, and the large, double pool is loved by adults and kids alike. The top floor Condo Tranquilo is one of the most beautiful units in the complex, for a couple of reasons. One is that is has double the number of windows that most of the condos have and thus offers wonderful ocean views from two different directions. Another reason is that the condo has new furniture, bedding, linens, etc. and is very nicely decorated. All of the units at Xaman Ha are individually owned, maintained and managed, and Condo Tranquilo stands out as one of the most nicely decorated and furnished. While all of the units at Xaman-Ha have beautiful beach views, some are from an oblique angle that isn’t quite as breathtaking as the view from Condo Tranquilo. In this top floor unit, there’s nothing quite so wonderful than sitting out on the balcony in the morning with cup of coffee, listening to the waves crash on the beach, watching the birds diving into the ocean in search of fish and seeing the ferries going back and forth to Cozumel. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin trundle beds which couples typically push together to make into a king and the 2nd bathroom is outside the door in the hall.
