Spend a day at the beach, have dinner overlooking the marina, then settle into our comfortable condo on the 2nd floor with a screened porch overlooking a nature area frequented by deer and heron.  Living area is greatroom styled with queen sleeper/couch, two recliners, one chair and country kitchen dining area which seats six. Two bedrooms: Master has a King bed and 2nd bedroom is a (lockout) with two double beds, kitchenette and bath. Laundry closet. Located in St. James Plantation, a gated community 5 miles west of lovely Southport and the Cape Fear River.
