Save on commissions by renting directly from the owner. If my condo is booked I can offer additional 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms at the Sundial Resort. Owning several condos on the property, I have a good understanding of the condo location, view of the water and inside decor. I have been in many of the properites and can help you sort through the many options. Sundial Beach Resort is centrally located on Sanibel Island. As a private owner guest you always have free access to resort wide Wireless-High Speed Internet, 4 gulf side heated swimming pools, gas BBQ grills, shuffle board and miles of pristine, white sandy beaches abundant with sea shells. Our condo has a GREAT LOCATION with a GREAT VIEW!!! We would love to have you stay in our home. Our unit has all the comforts of home with the amenities of a tropical paradise vacation, in a very quiet setting. Great for small families, couples and honeymooners. We have a large screened lanai that offers a beautiful view of the Gulf and beach from both the living room and bedroom. Save commission by renting directly from the owners.
