This charming, cottage with a large yard, on a private road, offers 3 bedrooms, a new bathroom with tub and shower, updated kitchen, large livingroom, PLUS a picturesque first floor screened porch with comfortable wicker furniture, (is suitable for sleeping). The porch opens to the yard, faces the lake and has expansive views of the lake and sunrises. One bedroom is in a seperate suite, attached by a breezeway, off of the main house. Sleeps 10 Max: 2nd floor:_BR#1-DBL bed, BR#2(off of bedroom #1)-2 Twins, Separate Suite: BR#3-Daybed & Trundle; Area #4 Porch-Wicker Daybed & Trundle. Area #5: livingroom has double futon & double sleeper sofa. Shaded deck, off of porch and kitchen, faces the lake and includes gas grill and eating area. Approximately 65 Steps down to the cottage from car parking area on private road. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTAL. Linens not Provided.
