The guest house is 1017 sq. ft. has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Both kitchens are fabulous with Brookhaven cabinets, granite slab counters, all new appliances and are fully appointed. The bathrooms have designer tiles, marble or granite. The house has been professionally decorated with designer wall colors and all new furniture. All Bedrooms have their own TV, plus a TV and DVD in both family rooms. The house has garage parking and off street parking. Main House Full Kitchen, Dining Room, Family Room Bedrooms: #1 - King - Private Bath #2 - King - Private Bath #3 - King - Shared Bath #4 - 2 Twins - Shared Bath Guest House Full Kitchen and Family Room Bedrooms: #1 - King - Shared Bath #2 - King - Shared Bath This is house rents Friday - Friday in the summer time.
