Board games are provided. There is a flat screen tv. There is a cozy fenced garden terrace that on summer days you can catch the sun under the umbrella while dining. The deck comes complete with comfortable rocking chairs and chaise lounges. There shower amenities off the terrace. There are 2 family rooms, so you can send the kiddies to watch tv while the adults are upstairs enjoying the sunset and dinner on the expanded deck. A sprial staircase connects the 2 floors. This affords 2 to 3 separate families privacy but also the opportunity to stay togther.The downstairs is spacious enough to sleep 6 to 8. There is a large family bath with separate shower stall and toilet, his and hers sinks. The kitchen is a chefs delight and is fully equipped. Sit on the beach in October or March! The winter average temperature makes this a great place for late summer or early spring holidays and birdwatching.
