We invite you to enjoy an affordable beach vacation in our well maintainted one bedroom, one bath ground floor beach retreat in Gulf Terrace. Gulf Terrace is a gated, 18 acre resort located in the 'heart' of Destin. Our condo is not located in a hi-rise which means there are no crowded lobbies, no waiting for crowded elevators and parking is right outside the condo. Lounge by one of the three pools. One is within a few steps of the front door. Try your luck fishing in the on site 10-acre fresh water lake. Take a leisurely stroll on the beautiful white sand beaches which are right across the street. How about a game of tennis on one of the two tennis courts? For the times you just want to kick back and relax, we've provided movies, books and board games for the entire family.

Our condo features a king size bed and for additional sleeping there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the livingroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. to prepare any size meal. Or visit one of the many wonderful restaurants nearby. We've also provided a blender for mixing up some of those tasty frozen summer drinks. Our condo is centrally located to all that Destin has to offer, golfing, fishing, shopping, beach activities, water parks and much, much more.
