Are you looking for an upbeat, fun home in which to enjoy a family vacation or are you looking for a romantic "get-away?" Our home, "At The Beach," is ideal for both situations. "At the Beach" is an 1800 sq. ft. newly rennovated home located at the southern end of the island. Our home has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, familyroom, livingroom/dining room combination, kitchen, covered lanai and beautiful heated free-formed pool with a waterfall. All of this is located on a wide canal in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the white sands of Ft. Myers Beach, restaurants, shopping center, golf course, and theater. The pool is visible and accessible from three rooms through large patio doors. With a screened cage covering the pool, the lanai and pool area can be used as another outside entertainment space throughout the year. Everyone who has rented from us has commented on the wonderful open layout of the house. The dock is also an area of enjoyment. Many guests have enjoyed and afternoon fishing or watching manatee and dolphins swim nearby. The house is fully equipped with linens, towels, beach towels, kitchen equipment, laundry facilities, pool accessories, and beach toys and chairs. Parking for one car is available in the garage. Further off street parking is available on our circular driveway. Just pack your clothes and plan on a restful stay "At the Beach."
