Thank you for your interest. My families condo is located on the west side of the island, off of Sanibel-Captiva road. The condo has been recently update with new living room and dining room furniture, new paint and carpeting as well as completely renovated baths. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo holds 6-8 comfortably. There is a queen sized bed in the master as well as two sets of twin beds in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There is also two fold away beds located in the closets at the unit. We have a pack and play as well as a high chair for any infants who may be along on the trip. Our unit is a short walk (less than a 1/2 block) to Bowman's Beach which was rated one on the nicest beach in the country. Bowman's Beach is a great place to sit back and relax. It's not unusual to see dolphins there at sunset. We are close to Ding Darling Animal refuge where you can walk, go crabbing or take a tram ride. When I was there in the spring, my son and I got to see a baby alligator. There is plenty to do on-site as well. There is a heated pool steps away from our unit. Also, there are two tennis courts as well as canoes and Kayaks for your use. We are just a short drive to either Sanibel or Captiva unique shopping areas. This is a family friendly condos that offers many pool toys, sand chairs, umbrellas, boogy boards, etc. You will find a lot of additional info at our website.
