Our villa, located in Sunset Lakes, is the perfect spot no matter what you plan to do in Florida. If it's activity you want, it's 1 traffic light from Walt Disney World, 4 miles from I4, 20 minutes from Orlando, Sea World, Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure. One mile away is Route 192, with all the attractions, activities, restaurants and shopping there. The villa itself is in a wonderful location. It backs to the lake, and there are no houses across the street. Your view is of open conservation area. It's peaceful if you want to relax. The private screened in pool is comfortable, the lake is stocked with fish, birds and ducks swim here and there is a resident turtle you can watch make his way from one end to the other. Inside is open and airy, the sliding glass doors across the back let sunshine in and great views out. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath, the queen suite has 2 bedrooms (one queen bed, and a set of twins) connected and sharing a full bath, and the hall bedroom has a set of twins and access to the hall full bath. The sofa in the great room also converts to a queen bed.
