Grab a coffee and watch the sunrise from the deck, across acres of open meadow, or watch the magnificent sunset as it fades into the horizon from the warm sands of the private beach. Enjoy all four seasons in our fully winterized, fully furnished home. "The Jean Marie" can comfortably sleep eight. Knotty pine throughout the family room and hallway. Bright and breezy front porch with wicker furniture. TV with DVD and VCR. Nostalgia-themed kitchen and bathroom, with nostalgic record player/tape deck/CD player. Washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and upstairs hallway. We have a large deck overlooking a spacious yard and our own small grape vineyard. Have a family cookout on the deck, and top off your night with a fire in the firepit or have a bonfire on the beach! Tons of toys, bikes, (including tandem) and games. Lots of activities for kids and adults in our Community Center. Three parks, tennis courts, ballfields. Maximum speed on our roads is 15 mph. Wonderful for families with kids or if you are just looking for a great getaway retreat.
