You have to see it to believe it. Our favorite time of the day is just before sunset when my wife and I take our glasses of wine to the balcony and watch the brilliant colors as the sun goes down. Convenience is the key to this turnkey condo. Just steps to the beach and all this waterfront location has to offer - swimming, shelling, watersports, or just sit in a beach chair and read a book. The views up and down the miles of beach are also spectacular. You will frequently be able to see dolphins as they play or feed just off the beach. If you get tired of the beach, the heated pool just underwent a million dollar renovation and is superb. Within walking distance are fine and casual restaurants, shops, movie theaters, and hotels with their beachfront dining, etc. Outlets are a short drive if that's your shopping desire. The condo is decorated in light colors, has a television (with HBO) in each bedroom as well as the living room, and is fully equipped and turnkey.
