We decided on this location while looking for a romantic setting for our 10 year Anniversary vacation. It was truly an experience we will never forget. Felipe outdid himself in more than one way. Upon arrival we felt instant comfort in the unit. The apartment is beautiful and welcoming. The attention to detail in its decor is exquisite. The apartment screams out Puerto Rico since its decorations are of Puerto Rican culture. This help us feel at home since we are both of Puerto Rican descent. While exploring, we noticed that Felipe had left a beautiful cake in the refrigerator congratulating us on our Anniversary. If this isn’t a way to start vacation I don’t know what is. I highly recommend this rental. It is beautiful, safe, and full of memorable moments yet to be experienced by your friends and family.
I had the pleasure of meeting Felipe through a Co-Worker, and decided to rent this BEAUTIFUL APT in Loiza this summer, me and my family had never been in this part of Puerto Rico before and don't regret it. It is conveniently close to most of San Juan, we visited Luquillo Beach, El Yunque Rain Forest, El Morro and Old San Juan, Carolina, Isla Verde,Camuy Cave Park, and other beautiful places. We had a wonderful and Awesome 10 days here, we felt so at home in his Apt. Everything was neat and clean, the Pool was great and so was the Beach. I will be back again, this was truely an Affordable Paradise, better than staying at a Pricey Hotel. Loved It!!!!!!!
My family of four(along with my son's nurse) experienced Felipe's beautiful condo last year and couldn't wait to get back. We've just returned from our second great vacation there! Once again we luxuriated in the unit's comfort and took advantage of its many amenities. This place is an amazing value! I don't know how a family or a larger group could get a better bang for their buck than this friendly,secure and convinient location. Perhaps the best feature of all is Felipe himself, the condo's friendly, well-spoken, and accountable owner. He sincerely wants you to love his place as much as he does and strives to provide you with the very best vacation experience possible. Those looking for a true Puerto Rico experience will not find a better value!
My husband and I had decided to spend a month in Puerto Rico this winter, however we had no idea where to start because we had never been there. After several weeks of research, my final decision was made after talking with Felipe, the owner of the condo. He was so helpful and very honest about the area and the complex so we felt very comfortable with our choice. Truly it could not have been a better one, this condo is gorgeous, bright and sunny, very tastefully decorated, comfortable and well equipped! The roof top deck is just amazing with views of the beach as well as the rain forest. Just perfect for a relaxing dinner or basking in the sun. All the comforts of home are here as well as a beautiful beach and pool just steps away from the condo! We felt very secure here and safe in the town. We ate at restaurants with the locals and they could not have been friendlier or more accommodating!
