Our Condo is located on the second floor of Bayside Condominiums with magnificent View of Pelican Lake. The wall to wall glass windows let you enjoy the beauty and serenity of lake whether you are sitting in the living room or four season porch. The living room and four season porch have a hide a bed and double futon. The bed room is furnished with a king-size bed, large closet, TV and DVD player.

For the past 18 years, our condo has served a retreat for many families. With a great view of Pelican Lake, our condo has an open floor plan and can sleep a maximum of six adults. There is access to private dock, and the public landing, with boat rental, is just next door. Several golf courses are nearby. In fact, you can grab your clubs and walk a block to hit the links maintained by Breezy Point Resort. The swimming beach in summer and winter skating rink is withjn a easy walk. Horseback ridong, Biking, Cross country and Snowmobile trails are nearby.

And don't forget, you will be close to some of the finest shopping in the speciality shops of nearby Pequot Lake and Nisswa. Brainerd Raceway is only half hour ride with lot other activities such as Mini Golf, Bumper carts.

Since our condo is located within the confines of Breezy Point Resort there are many amenties close at hand. But the main attraction is Pelican Lake which is one of the largest and most popular lakes in the Brainerd Lakes Area.

It has been the site of Minnesota Governor's Fishing Opener a number of times and is home to fishing and snowmobile races.

Our unit is about one mile through the resort gate on your left.. You can enjoy the hot tub, sauna and swimming pool at the main lodge of Breezy Point Resort which is a couple minutes walk from our condo.
