Leave the hustle and bustle of Waikiki behind - come stay in a tropical hideaway in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a half-mile from beautiful Kailua Beach. Close to a shopping center and resturants. Cancellations are rare, however, they sometimes occur. Our cancellation policy is to fully refund a deposit if the cancellation is received 45 days or more prior to the reservation. Cancellations within the 45 days prior to the reservation are given a full refund if we are able to book the time reserved with another party. If part of the time is booked, the refund is prorated accordingly.
