Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool and outdoor Olympic size pool with three kiddie pools including the popular Splash Zone.,golf cart rental,three snack bars and a arcade with 80+ games,a outdoor theatre with scheduled events,playgrounds, basketball, shuffle board, miniature golf,Golf Privileges at Preswick and a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds. Our house is located just 125 yards back from the ocean on-site 1159 in the very popular Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes.Don't be fooled by others that don't list their site number as they are farther back in the park and you would have to rent a golf cart to go to the Ocean.It is a one-story raised beach house that has a large tree shaded deck that spans the entire length of the house. The living room, dining room and kitchen has an open floor plan design with a vaulted ceiling. The sofa bed in the living room is a sleeper that converts to a full bed.There is a 27 inch television with a VCR and DVD player located in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with a ice maker, dishwasher, and microwave mounted above the stove. There is a washer and dryer located off the main hallway. This unit will sleep 9 people total. There are 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and 1 has a Master Bath located off the bedroom and also has a outside door to the deck. The 2nd Queen bedroom has a 20 inch color television in it. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed combo in it that has a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. There is covered parking located below the house.There is also an outdoor shower and barbecue.There is a telephone available for local calls only with an extension in the Master Bedroom.
