Our villa is on the new and exclusive development of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. This prestigious community has a gated entrance and planned lake front facilities, including clubhouse, picnic area and watersports. The villa has a pool and is on a quiet corner plot in the development. The property offers very spacious accommodation and has been finished to a high standard, both inside and out. It is fully air-conditioned, with cable TV and wireless internet access. All of the amenities you could need are only minutes from the villa, including a large 24 hour Wal Mart. The area is well served by banks, pharmacies, a post office and a variety of shops. There are of course numerous restaurants and fast food outlets nearby. The Posner Park retail and leisure development, currently under construction, is about 10 minutes away, at the junction with Interstate 4. It is about 5 minutes from the I4 at junction 55. It is very close to a Wal-Mart Supercentre and two championship golf courses. There are other local shops close by including Blockbusters for all your entertainment needs. Calabay Parc at Tower Lake has a grand gated entrance. Walt Disney World 13.5 miles, Sea World 26.0 miles, Universal Studios 28.0 miles, Groceries 1.3 miles , Shopping 1.3 miles, Restaurants 1.3 miles, Golf Course 2.1 miles, Orlando International Airport 37 miles. Driving From Orlando International Airport to the villa takes aprox 30 minutes, depending on the traffic! It's a fairly straight forward journey once you come acustomed to the Florida highways! Disney world is only a 15 minute drive away! Just a 2 minute drive will take you to the nearest supermarkets, shops and resturants including all the fast food chains- Mc Donalds, KFC Pizza Hut, etc! The villa is also 5 minutes from Mannies Steakhouse If you fancey traveling beyond Orlando, Florida's East and West coast's are a 90 minute trip
