Located in the BEST location in the quaint community of CARDIFF by the SEA, (Encinitas, CA), this cozy/cute and a bit rustic cottage has all the charm of a summer vacation get-away built in the late 40’s to early 50’s. This private 2 B/R 1 bath free-standing cottage sits on its private yard on San Elijo Ave. Most affordable North Cnty beach rental you will find!!! Importance: THERE ARE NO HOMES, STRUCTURES, TREES OR anything else that obstructs the 180 degree pacific ocean and whitewater views. The ocean breakers are so incredible, you may actually have to shut windows at night to dampen the ocean's ROAR! Unobstructed white water and beach views; just south of Swami's surf break and across from Pipes--you can see them both from the front porch, living room, kitchen, and MBR. This is the surfer mecca in Southern CA. You can grab your board and scramble across road and be on beach in the ocean in 5 minutes. It is a short 5-7 minute drive to Del Mar Racetrack and is within walking distance of an incredible market and deli, restaurant row and a few Italian restaurants that are the BEST in north county. DONT DRINK AND DRIVE when you can walk to and from. Master B/R features an ocean view and king elevated bed. 2nd bedroom has garden view and queen bed. There is 32" TV, Stereo, DVD, HBO, wireless internet. Cute kitchen w/ mircowave, dishwasher etc. Washer and dryer are in garage. There is parking for 1-2 vehicles and plenty of parking on west side of street.
