Fort Myers Beach Place is a wonderful beach location just 40 steps away from the widest stretch and white powdery sand of Fort Myers Beach. We are in a very quiet part of town, close enough to the town center to enjoy all of the area amenities, but far enough to feel you are truly in a tropical beach paradise. Our 3 very private beach apartments are air conditioned for your comfort. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. All units have a master bedroom with a queen size bed. The second bedrooms have two twin beds. Unit #1 has an additional twin sleeper, 1/2 bath, and full size washer and dryer. All apartments have just been renovated with new flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, and furniture. The eat in kitchens are fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Very comfortable living rooms allow you to relax after a long day on the beach or golf course while you sip on your favorite drink and get ready to watch the stunning world famous beach sunsets just steps away! Enjoy the large backyard after a sunny day and take advantage of our BBQ grill! Shopping, Marinas, Restaurants, and many other facilities are conveniently located. The town center is less than 5 minutes away which makes it close but yet far enough to make your stay peaceful and enjoyable. We are on the beach side of Estero Boulevard on the widest part of Fort Myers Beach. That puts Fort Myers Beach Place farther from the road and noise but closer to the peaceful beach. We are available for weekly or monthly rentals Each apartment has 2 parking spaces available. All our apartments are smoke free. Pets can be accomodated for an additional fee.
