This vacation villa is situated in Aylesbury, Davenport; a quiet, peaceful location off US 27, south of Interstate 4. It is only 15 minutes from the excitement of Disney and nearby are all the other theme parks and attractions that Orlando has to offer. This beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom villa has two ensuite bedrooms and both have doors out directly onto the pool deck. One is queen size, with an ensuite bath and shower and the second is a double with an ensuite combined shower and bath. The two further twin bedrooms share a third bathroom The spacious living area has a family room with TV and DVD player. The superbly equipped kitchen, which has every convenience for your stay, has the added benefit of a breakfast nook. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience. There is also a formal dining room and a further lounge area. The screened 30’ x 15’ west facing pool, which, can be lit in the evening has a pool deck area with a covered lanai.
