This is a large, quaint Cape Cod home in an exclusive neighborhood with big yard, less than 50 feet from private beach. House has eat-in kitchen, 2 dining rooms, large living room and six bedrooms (one bedroom with private 1/2 bath is on the first floor - ideal for grandparents; all other bedrooms on 2nd floor). There are two separate staircases to the second floor, and the master bedroom has walk-in closet and private full bath. Garage space for storage and trash collection. The private yard is wonderful for wiffle ball games and outside dining.
