Air conditioning in addition to ceiling fans. Perfect for adults (king size bed in Master, queen in second bedroom) but also "kid-friendly" with extras such as a single futon that makes a great toddler bed, a Grayco play yard/port-a-crib, a booster seat type 'high chair' with tray, plus assorted beach toys. Resort is well landscaped with two oceanfront pools, tennis court, sauna, covered parking, and elevators. The complex is about a mile south of Kailua-Kona, with lots of shopping and restaurants right along the waterfront. Our unit is back off the street, so it is usually quiet at night.
