My friends and I stayed here in November 2012 during a trip to Puerto Rico for a wedding. The location is amazing- walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and all of the amazing historic sites in Old San Juan. The apartment is spacious, immaculate and absolutely beautiful. My sister even walked up from the Hotel El Convento to have photos taken in her wedding gown because she loved the property so much. We had originally reserved a room at the Hotel El Convento and are so happy that we chose to stay here instead. Cannot wait to come back!
I booked this apartment for my first visit to Puerto Rico with my boyfriend and another couple we were traveling with. This unit was the perfect size - two bedroom, two bath, and a spacious living/dining area. The high ceilings also created an additional sense of grandeur to an already spacious unit. The doors and windows all look to be custom-made with a frosted pane (cannot see through at all) and allow the perfect amount of natural light to flow through the apartment. The dining area is a perfect place to congregate at the end of a long day in town. The high-backed booth on one side of the table was so stylish and comfortable. I do wish that the guest bedroom would have had a full or queen sized bed as we were traveling with another couple (the trundle was small in size). However, the rest of the finishes in the apartment were so lovely that we still had an amazing time. The location is perfect - on a quiet street just above Calle San Francisco where all of the busy traffic and shops/restaurants are. We were able to walk everywhere, including to El Morro and the harbourfront area for restaurants/nightlife. I fell in love with San Juan and this apartment was definitely a contributing factor! I will certainly be returning to Puerto Rico in the future and will be looking to stay here again. Thanks, Ivonne!
