This building has a beautiful pool(heated) on the beach side. BBQ on deck and Shuffleboard, volleyball. Private boating/fishing docks across the street. Public boat launch down the street. Walking distance from the finest Florida restaurants, shopping and other activities. Trolley that runs from St.Pete to Clearwater beach on schedule stops right in front of our building. You dont even need a car. Each floor has its own laundry. This unit has a private parking spot. A great place to vacation!!!! We offer specials all year round.
