The villa is in a gated community called The Hamlets in KISSIMMEE It is a 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms . 10 mins drive to disney world . We have a screened pool which can be heated in winter from late october -april our florida room looks over a lake and conservation with no rear neighbours .we have a table and chairs also sun loungers the pool has a light for that evening swim . The lounge is very large and has large sofas coffee tables and plenty of lights also a ceiling fan the digital tv is in a amoire abd we have 200 channels . The nook is for breakfast or evening meals it looks over The swimming pool and lake and conseravation . The kitchen is fully equipped ,cooker ,microwave ,dish washer ,fridge /freezer ,cutlery and pots and pans ,toaster ,liquiders ,kettle ,teapot . The dining room has a table and 6 chairs also a music center for cds ,tapes . The master bedroom with king bed ,,ceiling fan tv ,radio/alarm ,it leads onto a en-suite with bath /shower vanity unit with his and hers sink a walkin wardrobe ,also seperate toilet ,hairdryer . 2 nd bedroom has a queen bed ceiling fan ,large wardrobe ,tv ,radio /alarm 3 rd bedroom has twin beds tv ,radio/alarm large wardrobe . 2nd bathroom has bath /shower ,toilet ,vanity unit , 3 rd bathroom has vanity unit and toilet for all the guest to use . A utility room with washer and dryer also iron ,ironing board . We have a Free high chair ,Free buggie ,free crib . We have Free internet connection so our guests can bring their own laptop ,Free local calls . We have a games room with foosball ,air hockey ,electronic darts board ,,pool table ,mini golf and table and chairs .
