This spotless two bedroom, one bath private canal front home is the perfect getaway retreat for leaving the hustle and bustle of your everyday stresses behind and stepping into the casual, laid-back island life that is Fort Myers Beach. Our home is tastefully decorated with a nautical motif, light and airy, with your own private deck and dock overlooking a direct gulf access canal on the back bay. Master bedroom and guest bedrooms have queen beds. Cable TV in living room and master bedroom. All linens, towels, dishes, cookware included. Stove, refrigerator, microwave, barbeque grill, coffee pot, toaster; pretty much everything you need - just bring your toothbrush and bathing suit! We are located on San Carlos Island, just a short walk over the bridge from the main public beaches, where you'll find beautiful white sand and emerald green waters, as well as Times Square, the island's casual shopping, dining and nightclub resort area. Spend your days shopping, sightseeing, or just laying back, working on that perfect tan at the beach, then retreat back to your private deck where you can sip a tropical drink while watching the manatees and fish play in the waters beneath breath-taking sunsets of coral and blue. Come enjoy our little piece of paradise! Minutes from the gambling cruise ship docks, miniature golf, parasailing, jet ski, bike and kayak rentals. Across the street from the San Carlos Island shrimp fleet docks and fish markets, where you can purchase delicious Florida shrimp and local seafood, or eat in their market restaurant if you prefer. Great fishing is all around, from chartered trips, to rental boats, to casting a line off your private dock or the Fort Myers Beach pier. By boat, you're just a three minute ride to the best redfish, snook, trout, snapper (or just about any other saltwater fish you can think of) fishing in the area. Most local attractions are within a thirty minute car ride... J.N.
