Our 4 bedroom/4.5 bath luxurious Hawaiian rental vacation home sits on the bluffs of the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We are a private residence that enjoys all the amenities of both the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Hapuna Prince Beach Hotel, both just a short walk away. With two pristine white sand beaches at its feet you’ll have access to swimming, scuba, golf, tennis and a fabulous first class spa. Come alone or come with your friends, our unique property is spacious and secluded, and perfect for family reunions or more intimate gatherings. 25 miles north of the Kona Airport, on the Hawaiian big island, our Hawaiian rental vacation home is a spacious and secluded airy temple. Cool koa wood and marble floors feel heavenly under bare feet, 20-foot-high ceilings allow you to breath and sliding glass doors leading to the grassy bluffs above the sea bring the sunset home. With 245 days of sunshine annually coupled with a mere 7” of rainfall you will be happy indoors or out. The heart of our tropical vacation getaway is the spacious and comfortable living room. Sliding glass doors open to our tiled lanai, beautiful grill and large outdoor kitchen and dining area where you can host parties and enjoy meals overlooking the sea. A lovely 11 X 20 ft. swimming pool and hot tub are at the ready, as well as a gorgeous 70-foot-deep green lawn perfect for doing yoga, sitting and watching the whales and dolphins carouse in the sea. Below the house lies a nature trail that overlooks the black lava and tumbling waters, and which leads to both beaches. From its vantage point you can stand in our very private backyard and see up and down the Kona coast, capturing Hawaiian sunsets year round. Inside the house, enjoy our fully-equipped modern kitchen complete with Gagganeu cook top and range, wine cooler and side-by-side Whirlpool refrigerator freezer. Whether it’s cooking or socializing over horsdeurves, the kitchen will accommodate intimate gatherings or large parties. An adjacent service porch has ample surface space, a washer, dryer and sink.
