The second bedroom also enjoys a king bed, prviate bath and TV. Its third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds, are colorful, fancifully decorated in fun beach themes and share a third full bath with seashell motif. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan, as does the master bath, living room, family room and lanai eating area. With sliding door access to the lanai from 3 rooms in the home, you can open them all and know for certain that you have indeed found your own private paradise. Other amenities of this home include a solar heated pool (elec pump avail) surrounded by a screened lanai. Newly installed (but removable) baby safe fence around the pool. Two car garage with door opener and parking for two additional cars. The laundry room also has a hand-washing tub, ironing board and iron. Everyone will enjoy the big flat screen TV in the family/entertainment room for movie night. Also, we have great neighbors on either side.
